A1 test Survival

Entering the water from a height with a forward footstep, after surfacing followed by 15 seconds of treading water, followed by a 12.5 meter swim, finishing the test by climbing independently out of the water onto the shore.

A2 Under water orientation

Entering the water from the shore with a jump (diving preferred), followed by (without surfacing)

swimming under water through a hole in a sail hanging vertically in the water 3 meters from the (starting) shore

A3 test Conditioning swimming

25 meters breaststroke followed by 25 meters single backstroke followed by

25 meters breaststroke interrupted by 1 foot drop toward the bottom, followed by

25 meters single backstroke

A4 test Breast and back crawl

5 meters breast crawl

5 meters back crawl

A5 trial Feeling confident in the water

Single stroke swimming on the belly, then

5 seconds float on the belly, then swim a few strokes, followed by

half turn to supine position, followed by

10 seconds floating on back

A6 test Above water orientation and movement

Entering the water from the side with a jump of your choice, followed by 60 seconds of treading water using arms and legs, during which 2 times, while treading water, a complete turn around the longitudinal axis is made

B diploma

B1 Trial Survival

Entering the water backwards, then 15 seconds of treading water, followed by 50 meters of swimming, interrupted by 1 swim under a floating object, finishing the test by climbing independently out of the water onto the side

B2 test Under water orientation

Diving from the shore, followed by swimming underwater (without surfacing) through a hole in a sail hanging vertically in the water at 6 meters from the (starting) shore.

B3 Trial Fitness Swimming

25 meters breaststroke, followed by

25 meters single backstroke, followed by

25 meters breaststroke, followed by

25 meters single backstroke, followed by

25 meters breaststroke, followed by

25 meters single backstroke, interrupted by 2 times half turns around the longitudinal axis (back to belly and belly to back)

B4 trial Breast and back crawl

10 meters chest crawl

10 meter back crawl

B5 trial Feeling confident in the water

Jumping into the water with a jump of your choice, then floating on your back for 15 seconds, followed by 5 meters of head propulsion on your back using arms towards a floating object, followed by staying afloat for 20 seconds using a floating object

B6 trial Above water orientation and movement

Entering the water from the shore with a jump of your choice, followed by 60 seconds of treading water with movement in several directions, using arms and legs, finishing the test by sinking 1 time footwards towards the bottom.

C diploma

C1 Trial Survival

Entering the water with a roll forward, then

15 seconds of treading water, followed by

Staying afloat vertically for 30 seconds using a floating object, followed by

Moving forward 5 meters on the back using arms

Entering the water with a jump while keeping the head above water, then

Swimming 100 meters, interrupted by swimming under a floating object once and climbing over a floating object once, finishing the test with

climbing independently out of the water onto the side

Entering the water with a jump of your choice, swimming a few strokes, then

submerge 1 meter in front of a sail hanging vertically in the water and swim underwater through the hole in the sail

C2 test Underwater orientation

Diving from the shore, followed by (without surfacing)

swimming underwater through a hole in a vertically hanging sail located 6 meters from the (starting) shore, completing the test with

swimming to the surface, orientation and surfacing in a kind of wak

C3 trial Conditioning swimming

75 meters breaststroke, interrupted by going headward towards the bottom once, followed by

75 meters single backstroke

C4 trial Breast and back crawl

15 meters breaststroke

15 meters back crawl

C5 test Above water orientation and movement

Entering the water from the shore with a jump of your choice, then

30 seconds of water treading using arms and legs with movement in several directions, followed by

15 seconds of floating on the back, finishing the test with

30 seconds of treading water with legs
